		<description>Actually you know - I think most people would not ask you to prove it.  And if they did - anecdotal evidence would be enough (how many people understand statistics or chemistry?).  A good proportion will probably nod their head and think 'I knew it', and tell their friends.  Most of the rest would just shrug and keep drinking.
