		<description>Yes!  And just look at the brutality in the old testament.  Or just the concept of eternal punishment.  Who would want their moral compass to be guided by such a tyrant? </description>

It is ironic how people like Meekins consider atheists to have questionable morality when they commit themselves to a position in which human beings have no moral capacity or compass and therefore have to depend on the pronouncements of a capricious god. After all, god could command anything and Meekins, if he truly believes what he does, would be utterly incapable of judging the moral worth of the command. </description>

		<description>People like Meekins, who insist that morality depends on an imaginary dictator, really creep me out.  He may not be able to imagine behaving himself simply because it&#039;s the right thing to do, but those of us who understand the non-aggression principle have no problem constructing an ethical system from the premise of human rights. 
 
A suggestion to Meekins&#039; neighbors:  keep your eye on that boy.  He&#039;s the kind of person who tends to go berserk and lash out at the people around him.  </description>
