This lady has a Ph.D. in molecular genetics yet her religion has so warped her thinking that it is almost painful to watch. She just “knows” that the Bible is true because she “knows” it is God’s word. Right. She also seems to think that scientists begin with the assumption or “worldview” that the Earth is 4.5 billion years old and then go out and look for data that confirm it. No. Nobody ever expected the Earth to be 4.5 billion years old because at one time in history everybody believed essentially what she believed. The data confirms the worldview – the worldview does not ‘confirm’ the data (as it does for her).
