1) God's definition of holiness. What is your definition of goodness?

2) Your belief is important. If you don't believe in the Bible, what you quoted is founded on the basis of irrelevant truth. However, if you believe, what you quoted is founded on truth and I will answer that question.

What is the definition of love to you? Now that you're in this world, you have a choice to love. When you are perfected in heaven, you will want to love.

(1) So....you are not really engaging with my question. Generational punishment. What kind of definition of holy are you using?

(2) I have read the Bible. What I believe about it is irrelevant to my argument about Satan. It is clear from the book of Job that Satan has no real power separate from God. Read it yourself. Or read my post on it: http://www.anatheist.net/2009/02/get-behind-me-sa...

Do you have any choice but to love in heaven? Or can you choose otherwise once you are there?

This question will never be valid. Because none of us can ever be God; and none of us can ever have the perfect wisdom of God. Suffering is a consequence of sins. Suffering can also reveal the glory of God, who is able to do exceeding abundantly far above all that we can ask or imagine.

1) Divine justice is for divine One to judge and that is God. God is holy. Unless you understand what God's holiness means, you will have tons of questions going on your mind.

2) So you read Scriptures? You believe the Bible? If not, your argument about Satan is not valid. If yes, then you have to hear what the Bible has to say. Free will represent God's love. If you are made without any choice but to love, are you worth more than a puppet? You are right that evil is not a necessary consequence of free will. If human chooses to sin, then they have to answer for their consequences, because they are in fact, cooperating with the evil ones.

Let's say that you had all of the powers of God. Would you stop, say, the Holocaust from happening? I mean, really, all that you have to do is induce a heart attack or a stroke in Hitler early enough on. Would you do it?

(1) And this is supposed to bolster your argument? Now you are claiming that the misdeeds of past generations have a direct effect on current and future generations. I would be hard pressed to think of a more damnable doctrine. What would you say if the police arrested you because your grandfather stole some candy from a store when he was a child? Divine justice?

(2) Can you point me to the chapters and verses in the Bible that describes Lucifer's "banishment from heaven" for doing evil? If we stick to the Bible, however, particularly the Old Testament, you will find that Satan (the Accuser) as he is portrayed in the book of Job, does not have freedom of action, but is obliged to act according to the wishes of Yahweh. Nevertheless, my question remains because this is just a red herring. But I will phrase it slightly differently: Do people like you and me have free will in heaven? If so, then evil is not a necessary consequence of free will. If not, then why is free will preferable?

1) You missed my earlier reply - 'past generations'. Judgment has to be made. These suffering are simply the consequences of sins.

2) That seems to be philosophical, but taking a closer look, do you know why Lucifer was banished from heaven? Because he did evil. He had free will but he chose to sin, thus, separation from God. Now the question is, why is there a free will on earth? Without understanding why God gives free will, there will not be a right question being asked.

(1) When Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans or a baby is born with a debilitating genetic defect, or many many other examples, these are not evils caused by the actions of people. Much of the evil, suffering, etc. in this world is the result of circumstance, not freely made choices.

(2) I did not ask if you knew everything that is of God. I asked you if you think there is free will in heaven. If there is free will in heaven, then that means we can have free will without having evil, which undermines one of your points. If there is not free will in heaven, then there is no particular reason to prefer it over not having it, which undermines your other point. I guess you really do not have to answer my question because either way your argument is undermined.

1) Vast majority of evil indeed is resulted from actions of people. Sins from the world; past generations, etc and the list goes on. You and I are still sinning in this fallible world.

2) Is there any human who can know everything that is of God?
