Very simply, non-theists make no claims of a supernatural entity. They need to produce no evidence to support that, since there is nothing to support.

Believers claim the existence of a supernatural entity. They have no verifiable evidence to support that claim. They take it on FAITH and even applaud themselves for doing so.

That's it. There is nothing else to the discussion. Global warming, a woman's right to choose, etc. are not part of the discussion. We separate religion from the running of government to allow it to represent ALL people (yes, humans) of America. The government was created to be and exists as, A HUMANIST ORGANIZATION.
