Too often it seems like the crazy fundies are winning the fight to turn our nations into theocracies, but these posts show that we are making progress. Incrementally perhaps, but that's the only way true progress can be achieved. The prison rehab case is interesting since it really makes us look like the bad guys. If that case does get decided in our favor I hope that the transition is handled responsibly. You know, these good news posts are awesome.
