About
Who is behind AnAtheist.Net?
My name is James Tracy. I am currently a graduate student studying the history of science and the intersection of science and religion in society.
I am also an atheist and a religious skeptic. I do not believe in any god or gods, and I am highly skeptical of religious people who purport to know what they cannot possibly know. Faith is not a virtue but a failure in applying critical thinking.
The main purpose of this website is to provide commentary on issues related to atheism and religion while additionally providing a place for atheists, agnostics, and unbelievers to share their own story or testimonial. Are you an atheist, agnostic, or unbeliever? Do you want to share your story with us? Do you have a testimonial? Learn more about contributing to this website by clicking here or by clicking on the “Contribute” link in the menu bar.
Additionally, you may subscribe to my RSS feed or follow me on Twitter to receive word when a new entry is posted to the blog.
